BrickPilot Subscription is billed monthly, excl. 21% VAT. Monthly AI usage is shared across your organisation and scales with the number of seats. When the included usage is spent, admins can top up with €10, €25 or €50 of credit (incl. VAT, valid for 365 days). Onboarding and support are free.

BrickPilot Subscription costs €119 per month for 1 seat, €89 per seat for 2–3 seats (€178–€267 total), and €79 per seat for 4–7 seats (€316–€553 total), all excl. 21% VAT. For 8 or more seats, we prepare a custom proposal.

Yes. You choose the exact number of seats during checkout and can change it later. The price per seat drops automatically at 2 seats and again at 4 seats. For 8 or more seats, book a demo for a custom contract.

Your organisation shares one monthly AI allowance. Available capacity scales with the number of seats, so the whole team works from the same allowance.

Admins can top up with extra credit in increments of €10, €25 or €50 (incl. VAT). This credit is valid for 365 days and is only used once your team's monthly allowance has been spent.
